How is Camanda Baby adapting to COVID-19?

Our customer's safety is our top priority and to ensure customer safety for all shipments we at Camanda Baby are taking all precautions to further stop the spread of COVID-19. We have been diligent in following the latest protocols and keeping ourselves updates with CDC guideline to keep everyone as safe as possible. 

With that in mind, all suppliers, manufacturers, logistics, distributors and shipping companies have been following the same safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety and well being of everyone in the world with the result of continued delays and disruptions in processing and shipping times.

Camanda Baby has been in constant contact with our suppliers and manufacturers to confirm the availability and quality of products needing to be shipped and also addressing the concerns that some consumers have about receiving items through the mail. The CDC and WHO international has and still states that you can’t catch COVID-19 from shipping packages that have been in transit for more than a few days. 

As we have continued to source and confirm quality supply options for our families, friends, communities and customers over this last week, we wanted to make sure that deliveries would not become another potential for concern, and that the logistical delays seen these last few weeks due to the increased demands, would not affect anyone, as new updates and shutdowns are announced. At this point with what is still being confirmed, we are noticing that packages will still in most cases get delivered even during times of extended quarantine, and that the longer they take for delivery, will further ensure that there is no potential for contamination as the virus cannot survive that long.

Since we work with global suppliers to fulfill orders we are in regular communication with our suppliers to find out all the information to get the latest updates on inventory, fulfillment and shipping times. We will continue to take orders but fulfillment and shipping times may takes longer than expected. Your support means a lot to us and we will commit to giving you any details regarding your order.

Are shipping times affected by COVID-19?

We are currently not experiencing any delays but it is possible that shipping times may be affected due to COVID-19 and it may take longer than expected to receive your order. The majority of our packages are arriving on time and please note that we will provide tracking information or track the order for you anytime. Our items normally take 2-4 business days to arrive to your doorstep within the USA. We will send any tracking information so you can see the progress of your shipment and we are always here to answer your questions and concerns regarding shipping. Am I at Risk with Packages Shipped from a Global Supplier?

Due to the of poor survivability of the coronavirus on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. The coronavirus is generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods (source CDC).

How long are shipping times?

We provide FREE SHIPPING within the USA only for all of our orders regardless of value. We charge a flat rate for international orders. Orders to Canada are an additional $9.99 and to the UK an additional $19.99 for shipping. Please note you may be subject to pay customs fees depending on the order amount and your location.  

We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that. All orders are normally processed within five to seven business days and normal delivery times typically take 2-4 days within the USA to arrive at your doorstep. Orders are available to the following coutries

Please note: due to COVID-19 there may be logistic and shipping disruptions and order deliveries may be delayed depending on your location.     Disclaimer: Our delivery time frames are only an estimate - 95% of our orders arrive within these time frames. International freight or customs delays occasionally happen. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time framesIf you feel that your order has taken too long and you want a full refund, we understand. To process the refund you will have to wait for your package to arrive, we will email you a pre-paid return label, you will ship the package to us and we will issue you a full refund once the package has been delivered to us.     What's your return policy?

    If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase just email us within 30 days of receipt to explain the reason for the return. Please contact support@camandababy.com for any return issues.

    Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Cancellations are possible for up to 24 hours after order has been placed. Please notify us as soon as possible at support@camandababy.com to cancel your order. We try to process orders as fast as possible so if your order has been processed and shipped we will not be able to cancel your order. If you receive your item and you still do not want to keep the item you can complete a return.

    What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us at support@camandababy.com within 30 days of your delivery, we will work with you on returning the item for an exchange or getting you a full refund.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    If I order today, will I receive by X date?

    Because we work with individual manufacturers and suppliers, many of them are small because we believe in supporting small businesses, we cannot always guarantee delivery before a certain date.

    There are many factors such as overseas logistics, customs, etc. which may delay the shipment. So please keep this in mind if you're purchasing for a gift, vacation, etc.

    95% of our orders will be delivered on time. However, we cannot be held liable if you do not receive your product before your date.

    What currency do I get charged in?

    You will get charged in the currency you select in the top right corner of header of our website. To see prices in your local currency simply click the drop down menu in the top right corner of the heading and select your preferred currency.

    How do I track an order?

    To track an order, simply click on the shipping confirmation email we send you, click the "View Order" button, once the page loads click on the tracking link. This will show you the status of your order. 

    Where do you send product from?

    We work with local suppliers and are proud to support local businesses in the city of Houston, TX. Our main goal is to find the best quality products available so we work an exclusive list of suppliers and manufacturers that can provide premium products to all of our customers. 

    Why hasn't my tracking link been updated in a few days? 

    Sometimes there can be delays in the logistics systems, so don't fret if shipping information is not yet available. Please check in 2-4 business days and it should be updated in most cases. Contact us if you have concerns regarding tracking your package.
